NovTech’s NOVPEK i.MX35 Starter Board allows to engineers to evaluate and develop applications for both the 0.5mm pitch BGA Freescale i.MX35 processor, as well as the 0.8mm pitch BGA Freescale i.MX35 industrial version. The board features NovTech’s i.MX35 module that can quickly and easily be integrated into any design.

The unique NOVPEK i.MX35 Module provides a quick path to any new i.MX35-based design. The module can be tested using the NOVPEK i.MX35 Starter Board and later integrated into virtually anything. Two different modules are available, one with 0.5mm pitch BGA part and the other with the industrial grade 0.8mm pitch BGA part.
