Comprehensive evaluation kit for Intel® Cyclone® V SoCs that provides an access to all I/Os and all types of HPS peripherals.

The NOVPEK™CV Platform Evaluation Kit includes the NOVSOM®CV System-On-Module (SoM) featuring the Intel® Cyclone® V SoC which combines the performance of a dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A9 processor with the flexibility of FPGA, providing the ultimate in system customization. NOVPEK™CV provides a comprehensive evaluation solution for system architects, board designers, BSP developers, application code writers and other members of an engineering team.

  • An access to every type of Hard Processor System (HPS) peripheral
    • SD, UART, 1G Ethernet, USB OTG 2.0, CAN, etc
  • Multiple options for HPS boot, FPGA configuration and debugging
  • FPGA Bank 4 configured to support 10/100 IEEE1588 L2 SWITCH, USB 2.0 Host, USB 3.0 device (or host), and 8MB PSRAM
  • Multimedia support for HDMI, LVDS, RGB TTL, Composite, CMOS camera and Audio CODEC
  • Support for high-speed FPGA signals: PCIe X4 connector, MiniPCIe connector, PCIe to USB 3.0 Host bridge, SATA and HSMC
  • Every power rail of the SoC can be isolated and measured
  • Power module can be customized/scaled for the most demanding applications
  • Expansion connectors to add additional external peripherals to the board
