A single board with 12 Tx channels, 16 Rx channels commissioned by NXP®

The RENAN™ platform, powered by the high-performance NXP® 77GHz RADAR solution with the S32R45 Application Processors and TEF8232 fully integrated RF Transceivers, offers a foundation for the commercialization of RADAR products. Successful development requires a comprehensive understanding and expertise across multiple disciplines, such as antenna design, algorithm development, antenna calibration, BSP optimization leveraging S32R45's hardware acceleration, proficient digital and power design, meticulous board routing, and more. Utilizing the RENAN™ platform enables developers to test and verify development stages, thereby reducing the overall time required to deliver a finished product.

  • NXP® S32R45 SoC
    • Quad-Core Arm® Cortex®-A53 processor running at 800 MHz
  • NXP® TEF8232 (x4) Fully Integrated 77 GHz RFCMOS Automotive Radar Transceiver with
    matching PCB antennas
  • Boot from three different on-board devices
    • µSD
    • SPI-NOR
    • OctalSPI
  • Secondary and Recovery boot options (consult with NovTech)
  • 1GB LPDDR4 (supports up to 4GB LPDDR4)
  • Ethernet ports
    • Single wire Automitive 10/100 or 1G (Eth0)
    • RGMII 1G or SGMII 2G5 (Eth1)
    • When using the 2G5 port, the second M.2 port is disabled
  • Two M.2 (Type M) slots supporting:
    • NVMe SSD
    • 10G Ethernet
    • AI accelerator
    • Dual CAM with Vision processor and Neural Network Co-processor
  • Other Interfaces
    • Dual CAN FD with on-board transceivers
    • UART Terminal
    • I2C
    • JTAG/Aurora Ports
  • Automotive/industrial temperature grades
